YOU should be in control of your physical therapy goals.
We believe in treating the whole person, not just the symptoms. Our approach goes beyond addressing isolated issues—we take the time to understand our patients as an individual, discussing their job, activities, hobbies, and more to uncover the root cause of any discomfort or pain.
Our goal isn't just to provide temporary relief; it's to empower patients to live a full and happy life doing what they love. Our mission is simple: we want to help our patients thrive, so they can say goodbye to frequent visits and hello to a future of wellness and vitality.
Meet Dr. Steph
After being employed by both a large specialty, orthopedic hospital and an outpatient occupational medicine clinic, I began to realize the discrepency between my treatment philosophy and way the organization felt was best. Both were run as a profit center and not invested in providing quality care to patients. I no longer wanted my attention to be divided between two to five patients at once, but rather on one. As a therapist, I longed for the freedom to treat patients to aid in their recovery to the best of my ability, not based on numbers of patients seen in a day.
I received my undergraduate degrees in Mathematics and Education from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh in 2008. I then began my 6 year mathematics teaching career. It was during this time I realized my life path wasn’t in the classroom. I completed my doctoral work at Marquette University in 2017, and graduated with my Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
My personal interests outside of work include fitness, anything that has to do with the outdoors: hiking, bike riding, running, etc. As a track athlete, triathlete, competitive crossfitter, and boxer- I know a little something about what it takes to train for events. The clinic hustle is real but the real hustle starts when I get home to my sweet not- so-little anymore babes, Finley and Tatum. These two sure know how to keep my husband Joe and I on top of our game!
Meet Dr. Trevor
I grew up in Menomonee Falls, WI, and graduated from Hamilton High School, where I was a three-sport athlete in baseball, soccer, and track. I continued my academic and athletic journey at Carroll University, completing both my undergraduate and graduate studies while playing for their baseball team. During this time, I also coached and trained the baseball team at Hamilton, further developing my passion for sports and mentorship.
Health, wellness, and staying active have always been central to my life. Whether I'm playing in local leagues for baseball, softball, beach volleyball, pickleball, or golf—or enjoying outdoor activities with my wife and our dog—I find energy and purpose in movement. One of our favorite getaways is our family cottage in Three Lakes, WI, where boating and water sports are part of the tradition.
Professionally, I’ve spent the past ten years in healthcare, including the last three as a Doctor of Physical Therapy at a Level 1 Trauma Center. My goal in that role was to immerse myself in the highest level of care and gain experience with a wide range of injuries and conditions. While I value my time in the inpatient setting, I’ve come to realize that my true calling is working with athletes—guiding them through rehabilitation and helping them prevent injury. I’m driven by the desire to help others reach their full potential and live healthier, more active lives.
Meet Dr. Ashley
I am originally from the suburbs of Chicago, but have called Wisconsin home for nearly 14 years. I embarked on my educational journey at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where I balanced academics with being a student athlete, earning my Bachelors of Science. Later, I pursued my Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science.
Since graduating, I have been dedicated to expanding my expertise through specialized training in dry needling, neurological conditions, and clinical management of fitness athletes. Drawing from my athletic background, coaching experiences, and personal injury history, I help patients rediscover meaning and empowerment through movement.
Outside the gym, I enjoy playing soccer, spending quality time with family, relishing the great outdoors, and passionately cheering on the Badgers!
