    At each appointment, your specifically trained provider will utilize functional mobility measures and will take you through a series of tasks to determine the root cause of concern. Based on these outcomes, your Doctor of Physical Therapy will work with you to create a detailed plan to help you reach your goals.

  • YES! This is a great time to begin improving your mobility. Prevention is the best medicine.

  • You bet! At the completion of your evaluation, your provider will provide you with a home exercise program that will continue to move you towards your goals!

  • The worst answer, but the truest answer. It depends! At the completion of your initial evaluation, you and your provider will determine what your plan of care will be! It could be one and done, it could be weekly, bi-weekly or monthly! All are options.
