Your Path to Feeling Better, Moving Better, and Living Well
Your Patient Journey
Your new patient journey can be broken down into a few simple steps, so you always know what’s next.
-
A Doctor of Physical Therapy will listen to your story, goals, and concerns, answer questions, and make sure we’re the right fit before you ever step inside.
-
If we’re a good fit, you’ll schedule a full evaluation—this is the start of your health and performance journey, not a one-off appointment.
-
Your Doctor of Physical Therapy will complete a thorough assessment and explain what’s going on in plain language. You’ll understand:
Why you’re having symptoms
What needs to change
What’s safe to do right now
What progress will look like
-
At the end of your evaluation, you’ll receive a clear plan that outlines:
Recommended frequency + duration
The focus of each phase
How progress will be measured
How the plan connects to your goals
This is where Living Well differs from traditional PT: you’re investing in a plan, not being pushed through random visits.
-
You’ll work through our three-part philosophy:
Feel Better: Calm symptoms and build safety
Move Better: Build strength, coordination, and capacity
Live Well: Build confidence, independence, and long-term resilience
And yes: you’ll see the same provider each visit.
-
That might mean returning to sport, running without symptoms, lifting confidently, or training pain-free. Success here is defined by function, confidence, and capability, not arbitrary discharge criteria.
-
Instead of “ending” care, many patients transition into proactive options like:
Monthly maintenance PT
Monthly massage/bodywork
Performance training or personal training
Cash-Pay vs. Insurance-Based PT
Living Well is cash-pay because it allows longer visits, consistent providers, and care based on outcomes, rather than insurance volume requirements.
Many cash-pay patients pay less long-term due to
Transparent pricing
No surprise bills
No rushing through sessions
Fewer total visits
Faster, more sustainable results
Insurance-based care often prioritizes volume. We prioritize outcomes.
