Welcome to our specialized performance training program designed and implemented by Michael Kiely, MS. a Clinical Associate Professor at Marquette University, with expertise in exercise programming and coaching a range of athletes including professional, collegiate, and high school levels. Own your potential is for athletes ages 13-18, designed to build a complete, resilient, and explosive athlete. The program focuses on improving key athletic qualities including movement efficiency, injury reduction, linear and lateral speed, foot speed and agility, explosive power, and functional strength. By integrating structured speed work, dynamic agility drills, power development, and sport-specific strength training, athletes develop the tools necessary to perform at a high level while reducing the risk of injury. Sessions are carefully planned across three training days each week, for 10 weeks, to ensure balanced development and recovery.
Program Goals:
Enhance linear and lateral speed mechanics
Improve foot speed, reaction time, and multi-directional agility
Build explosive lower and upper body power
Develop sport-specific functional strength
Promote movement efficiency and injury prevention through mobility and stability training
Prepare athletes physically for the demands of competition and long-term athletic development
Our scientifically curated program begins the first week of June 2025 and runs through August 2025.
